About VTL
VTL is an authorized OEM distributor and system integrator enablement company based in Bengaluru, India. We bridge the gap between global OEM brands (Samsung, LG, MAXHUB, Siemens, Planar, NGX) and local system integrators, providing products, training, and project support across India.
System integrator enablement goes beyond traditional distribution. VTL provides structured onboarding, OEM certification, technical pre-sales support, deal registration, co-selling, and marketing support. The goal is to help SI partners grow their business, not just supply products.
VTL is an authorized distributor for Samsung, LG, MAXHUB, Siemens, Planar, and NGX. We provide the full commercial product range for each brand, covering displays, interactive panels, video walls, signage, media players, and building automation.
VTL is headquartered in Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka. We operate pan-India with delivery and support capabilities across all major cities and regions.
VTL has over 8 years of experience, with particular depth in hospitality AV deployments. We have completed 300+ projects across India spanning hospitality, corporate, education, retail, and control room environments.
Partnership & Channel Program
AV system integrators, IT integrators, AV consultants, and B2B resellers with a registered business entity in India (GST registered) and at least 1 year of operations in AV or IT are eligible to apply for the VTL partner program.
No. There is no joining fee to become a VTL channel partner. Partnership is based on mutual business alignment and commitment to the enablement program.

From application to full activation (portal access, pricing, training schedule, account manager assignment), the process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Yes. You can select one or more OEM brands during your application. Many partners start with one brand and expand their portfolio over time as they identify opportunities across their customer base.
Deal registration allows you to register a specific opportunity with VTL. Once registered, you receive OEM-backed pricing protection and priority support for that deal, preventing channel conflict and protecting your margins on the opportunity.
Yes. VTL's technical team can join customer meetings, support solution design, and provide OEM escalation for complex or enterprise-level deals. This co-selling capability helps partners win larger projects that might otherwise be beyond their in-house pre-sales capacity.
Products & OEM Brands
VTL is an authorized distributor for all 6 OEM brands. Products come with genuine OEM warranty, direct supply chain, and authorized service support. This is a fundamentally different model from reselling.
VTL distributes commercial displays, hospitality TVs, interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs), LED signage, video walls, digital signage media players, CMS solutions, building automation systems, and related AV infrastructure components.
VTL operates a channel-only model. We sell through system integrator and reseller partners, not directly to end users. This protects our partners' business and ensures proper deployment support for every project.
Yes. VTL's technical pre-sales team provides solution design assistance, bill-of-quantities validation, and OEM-specific recommendations based on project requirements, budget, and deployment environment.
VTL maintains selected inventory for high-demand products and can arrange made-to-order supply for specialized configurations. Lead times vary by OEM and product line.
MOQs vary by product and OEM. For standard commercial displays and IFPDs, single-unit orders are typically available. For specialized or bulk configurations, contact VTL sales for specific MOQ details.

VTL provides products and enablement support through its system integrator partners. The SI partner handles installation and integration, with VTL providing technical pre-sales, product supply, warranty coordination, and ongoing support.
Logistics & Delivery
Yes. VTL delivers across all major Indian cities and regions. For remote locations, lead times may vary. Multi-site staging and phased delivery are supported for large deployment projects.
Standard delivery is 5 to 10 business days for in-stock items. Made-to-order products typically take 4 to 8 weeks depending on OEM and product. Multi-site rollout schedules are coordinated individually based on project requirements.
Yes. As an authorized distributor, VTL manages import, customs clearance, and compliance for all OEM products. Partners receive domestically invoiced, GST-compliant products without dealing with international procurement complexity.
Yes. VTL supports multi-site staging and phased delivery for large deployment projects. Equipment is pre-staged at our warehouse, quality-checked, and dispatched according to the project rollout schedule.
Warranty & Support
All products distributed by VTL carry the original OEM manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product line but are the full, genuine manufacturer warranty — not a reseller or third-party warranty.
Contact VTL support via email or phone. For standard issues, support is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. For critical deployments, 24/7 emergency support is available.
VTL coordinates on-site support through its OEM partnerships and SI partner network. For warranty issues, VTL facilitates OEM service dispatch to the installation site.
Training & Certification
VTL offers three certification tracks: Sales Certification, Technical Certification, and Solution Design Certification covering all 6 OEM brands. Training is available in-person at our Bengaluru office, virtually, and through self-paced modules on the partner portal.
Yes. VTL's certification program is aligned with OEM requirements. Certified partners receive OEM-recognized certification badges that serve as credibility markers in customer-facing interactions and tender submissions.
Training sessions are scheduled quarterly, with additional sessions for new product launches or by partner request. Virtual training modules are available on-demand through the partner portal.
Pricing & Commercial
VTL provides partner-tier pricing based on OEM list prices. Specific pricing is available after partner onboarding and varies by product, volume, and deal registration status. Partner pricing provides significantly better margins than open-market or retail pricing.
Yes. For registered deals and large projects, VTL can arrange project-specific pricing with OEM support. Deal registration is the mechanism for accessing the best available pricing for specific opportunities.
Yes. All VTL transactions are GST-compliant with proper tax invoicing. Partners receive domestically invoiced products with full GST documentation.
